1. Payment Terms

• A 50% downpayment is required to begin processing your order.

• The remaining balance must be settled before the rider leaves our shop, and proof of payment will be provided once completed.

• Rush Orders: A ₱50 rush fee applies if your pickup date is scheduled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Payment Methods: We accept GCash and Paymaya for all orders. Cash payments are only permitted for in‑person pickups.

• Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.

2. Delivery and Pickup Policy

• Customers may book their own rider through apps such as Lalamove or Grab. Delivery is available as long as Lalamove covers your area.

• Once your order is confirmed, we will send you our pickup details (name, contact number, and pinned location). You may also request these details anytime.

• Once the order has been handed over to the rider, any delivery-related concerns must be coordinated directly with the courier service.

• We accept orders every day.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available once we have begun preparing your order.
